Shop Policy
Our return/exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not return items with obvious signs of use. If an item is returned with obvious signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial or no refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is preferred that all returns take place in person at our office at 21 East North Ave, 1st Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202. Someone can assist you during normal business hours (typically Monday-Friday from 9:30-4:30, but subject to change). Please call our office ahead of time to confirm before arriving at (855) A4L-ARTS or (855) 245-2787.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange apparel for a different size as long as the original does not have obvious signs of use. Exchanges are easiest in person at our office, but can also be shipped. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If payment for additional shipping is needed, an invoice will be sent to you.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
