Music All Around Us
Listen. Really listen. Have a seat, close your eyes, and take in all the sounds you hear. Whether you’re out on the playground, at the beach, walking in the woods, or simply resting at home, there’s music all around you. All the musical elements are there in the soundscapes we live in: beat, rhythm, pitch, tempo, dynamics, and melody.

123 Andrés
Fast-paced and silly on the surface, these episodes explore culture and tradition, via rhythm and movement. Together, we'll travel to meet a musician in a different country of Latin America--Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. The musician teaches us about the style of music they play, and the episode gets interactive with three special challenges in each episode that students can do by themselves or with family members, and with household objects. We practice a rhythm, learn a dance step, or create an instrument. They're a great way to connect with different styles of music from Latin America!
