Writing Coaches

BAI is seeking Writing Coaches for summer 2025! These coaches work collaboratively to build and facilitate a curriculum that includes in-class writer’s workshops crafted to develop three pieces: a personal essay connected to the arts (TBD by Writing Coaches), an artist statement, and a completed draft of their college essay.

College Mentors

BAI is seeking College Mentors for summer 2025! College Mentors play a key role in supporting interns throughout the program, particularly on Professional Development days. They work with the College Prep Consultants to deliver workshops related to finding and applying to college. They work closely with students in a variety of capacities, such as providing one-to-one support in making sure their interns are completing work, responding to feedback, and building their portfolios.
