Embark on a captivating journey through the marine life of the Chesapeake Bay in this workshop led by Teaching Artist Caroline Ferrante, thoughtfully crafted for children and adults. Together, we will explore the intriguing lives of four extraordinary creatures that call the Chesapeake Bay home and draw valuable social-emotional lessons from their experiences. Adults will actively participate in movement-based storytelling exercises to enhance their storytelling skills.
Participants will be able to immerse themselves in the rich tradition of Native American storytelling. This experience will involve elements such as singing, acting, and the captivating sounds of the Potawatomi drum.
