This vibrant and interactive workshop invites participants of all ages to celebrate connection through music and movement. Participants will explore call-and-response singing, rhythmic patterns, and movement activities that foster a joyful sense of community. Through clapping, stomping, and simple rhythmic exercises, participants will create harmony together, while circle dances from diverse cultures like the United States, Israel, Latin America, and Ghana will introduce new rhythms and traditions. In this shared experience, participants will practice starting conversations, getting to know neighbors, and learning the art of joyful interaction. The workshop concludes with a lively jam session where everyone can play musical instruments and dance to the uplifting tune of Pharrell Williams’ “HAPPY,” creating an energetic celebration of unity and connection.
