All About Faces!

Program Type

In this interactive workshop, early learners will embark on an exciting journey to explore emotions and the different faces we make to express them. Through fun, hands-on activities, children will learn to recognize and understand feelings in themselves and others. Working together with adults, the group will create a playful four-line rhyme describing various emotions, all set to a lively track. This engaging residency fosters emotional awareness, creativity, and collaboration, providing young learners with a joyful and interactive way to connect with their feelings and the world around them.

Program Length 45 minutes

Technical Requirements

10’ x 10’ clear area
Access to performance area 1 hour before set up
The artist will provide a sound system for audiences of over 50 people or for large rooms/gyms
The artist will need a power outlet to plug in the sound system
The room needs to have blinds or the ability to block the light at least partially
The artist will be in communication about additional technical requirements specific to the program
