For ages Birth – 8. We’ll share books, stories, rhymes, music and movement. Come talk, sing, read, write, and play together in a format appropriate for young children. This free event takes place at the Eldersburg Branch of the Carroll County Public Library, at 6400 West Hemlock Drive, in Eldersburg, MD 21784.
