Join your little one at a storytime featuring interactive books, rhymes, music, and movement, followed by playgroup activities that allow children to practice skills and socialize. This free event takes place at the North Carroll Branch of Carroll County Public Library, 2255 Hanover Pike, Hampstead, Maryland.
