Residency
Description
The Tap Mathematician arts-integrated residency creatively moves learners in developing tools to build math skills with their toes tap dancing along the way. Led by Quynn Johnson, Ed.M., this residency highlights the tap elements—beat, rhythm, improvisation, and choreography—as the foundational bridge to enhance student’s math comprehension.
As a Harvard University graduate and a John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Commissioned Artist, Quynn’s work is the destination for integrating movement with academic subjects.
