For ages 4 – 12. Read to a puppy from the Seeing Eye Puppy Raising Program! Reading to a dog can increase a child’s self-esteem and confidence levels in reading, especially for struggling readers. This free event takes place at the North Carroll Branch of Carroll County Public Library, 2255 Hanover Pike, Hampstead, Maryland.
